To change your webspace on the main math page: go to the math department webpage and use the login boxes in the upper right corner to log in with your linkblue ID. Navigate to your user page (https://math.as.uky.edu/users/(your linkblue ID)) and you should see a gear icon on the right side of the page. This should give a drop-down menu with "View" and "Edit" as options. Click on "Edit" and you should be able to change things.
If you additionally want to set up a website on the math server, you can find links from the College of Arts and Sciences for connecting Windows and Mac computers to the A&S servers. To set up a webpage you have to connect to \\ad.uky.edu\AS\Web (Windows) or smb://ad.uky.edu/as/Web (Mac) and find the folder corresponding to your linkblue ID. You can set up a folder there called public_html and put a home page file in the public_html folder entitled index.html, and build your webpage out from there. The default address of your webpage should be http://www.ms.uky.edu/~(your linkblue ID)/. Many HTML tutorials and style guides are available for free online; I used the one by Andreas Viklund linked below and have been happy with it, but I don't necessarily endorse this choice over others.
