Consider two poles which are 18 feet apart and 6 feet tall. A rope
is stretched from the top of one pole, then down to a point P on the
ground and then to the top of the other pole.  Show that if P is
chosen so that the total length of the rope is a minimum, then the
angles a and b are equal.
